2. Description of Service
StorePilot is an AI-powered platform that generates UGC-style videos and voice overs from product information for e-commerce sellers. Features and pricing plans are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or redistribute generated content in ways that compete directly with StorePilot.
- Generate content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the product images and data you upload. By using our Service, you grant StorePilot a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos and voice overs.
All AI-generated videos and voice overs produced by StorePilot are owned by you, the user, and may be used for commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StorePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
